CUSTODIAN
CITY OF NEILLSVILLE
Applications are now being accepted for this Other Part-time position of less than 1200 hours per year. Hours will vary by season, but average 10 -15 hours per week. Hourly wage range: $10.00 to $12.00 per hour with no benefits. Work will be primarily at City Hall and occasionally at the Police Station and the Public Library.
Custodian duties include, but are not limited to: the general cleaning and cleanliness of the property, cleaning, scrubbing, waxing and buffing floors; vacuuming, cleaning and shampooing carpets; routine maintenance of heating systems and central air system; cleaning, sanitizing and minor repairs of bathrooms; handling garbage and recycling; outside building sweeping and trash pickup; election setup and take down; windows, screens and blinds cleaning; snow removal and hand shoveling around entrances; other general duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent required. City of Neillsville employment application must be completed. Resumes and letters of reference may be included.
