Utility payments are received at the City Clerk's office, 106 W. Division Street, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Cash, check, or credit card accepted.
If you are unable to pay your bill in full, please call the City Clerk's office at (715) 743-2105 to set up a Deferred Payment Agreement (DPA). Payments will not be deferred without a signed DPA on file

*By paying online, mobile or phone:
- A $1.10 fee is charged for checking/savings payments; 3.00% (+50¢ if payment is less than $100) is applied to credit/debit card payments.
- You can pay immediately, schedule a payment or set up Auto-Pay for the amount of your bill. (Auto-pays must be set up online.)
- You can print receipts, view past payments, see status of payments, stop Auto-Pay by going online.
